About the Role

PetFlow is seeking an Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and report to the General Manager. This person will own our digital marketing, BI/insights, reporting, vendor relationships and work to create strategic wins across all marketing channels.  Additionally, this person will lead our Social Media Coordinator, Graphic Designer and potential future marketing hires by providing guidance and quarterbacking the collective PetFlow marketing initiatives.   A few things you’ll manage include:

  • Lead strategic initiatives such as campaign building and sign-off, new product launches, and campaign calendar planning
  • Manage relationship with digital agency, including a weekly review, providing suggestions for testing, and coordinating with the tech team on campaign building
  • Report on daily/weekly/monthly performance
  • Email Planning, using insights drawn from previous campaigns, and production within our ESP (Listrak)
  • Surface insights around performance, suggesting areas for improvement with the support of an Analyst
  • Budget allocation and monthly spend reporting
  • Employee management and performance reviews

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-6 years marketing experience (depending on relevancy and seniority)
  • Experience in data-driven company, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Firm understanding of marketing KPI's (CPA, LTV, E-mail Metrics,ROAS, CPM, CPC, CVR, Bounce rate, Churn...)
  • Creative thinker who can ideate campaign concepts, and manage execution and delegation (e.g. Cyber Week, e-mail calendar...)
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts and what levers to pull in terms of margin building (e.g. promo strategies, and LTV)
  • People person who can manage relationships within a team and external stakeholders (e.g. Agency, Brands, Customer Service, Tech, Creative)
